  12. This installer requires the Zool ORIGINAL disks (there are 2).
  13. It will not work for cracked versions.
  14.  
  15. The HD-Patched game will need about 3Mb of memory.
  16. It should work on ALL Kickstarts and ALL CPUs (up to '060).
  17. Report me any bugs you'll find.

  19. I created and tested this package with a A1200/060/50 16Mb, so there should
  20. be no problems for all 680x0 CPUs (caches,chipset...). It degrades display properly
  21. so Multiscan/AGA users won't have any sprite or screen problem.
  22. I tried to preserve KS1.3 compatibility too
  23. (not guaranteed with higher processors than 68000)
  24. The game was also patched for A3000/A4000 users and a tooltype/argument allows
  25. you to force the game to run in PAL or NTSC (Kick2.0 only).

  28. The (original) cheat mode can be activated by typing 'GOLDFISH' in the main menu.
  29. During the game, press:
  30.  
  31. 1 for invincibility (temporary)
  32. 2 for levelskip
  33. 3 for worldskip
  34. 4 for suicide
  35.  
  36. F10 quits the game.
  37.  
  38. When the disks are copied during installation, the pointer freezes. That's
  39. normal cause the game uses a custom trackload routine (copy-protection), and
  40. it does not easily multitask. No checks are done to see if you swapped the disks
  41. or not.
  42. If you don't insert disks when prompted, the program will lock the amiga until
  43. you decide to put a disk in.

  45. Version 1.0 crashed on some machines and did not allow to go NTSC (I had a e-mail
  46. from Mexico about a NTSC version of Zool). Now this is fixed.

  48. Version 1.1 had more startup bugs. I hope this is fixed. A quit option exists now too (F10).

  50. If you find some bugs, or the game crashes, please e-mail me (specify your
  51. configuration).
  52. I'm also looking for people who could send me original disks for me to patch them
  53. for 680x0 or write HD-Installers (NOT CRACKED VERSIONS, ONLY ORIGINALS).
